TNT UK transforms business with Peak-Ryzex

Peak-Ryzex has launched a new video featuring Simon Harper, Director of Operations at TNT UK. In the interview he discusses the importance of mobile technology in achieving TNT’s long-term transformation and strategy plans and how partnering with Peak-Ryzex has helped with a record time deployment of rugged mobile computers, and how proactively analysing their use continually optimises them after deployment.

Peak-Ryzex’s agreement with TNT covers proactive management of more than 10,000 devices, including 2,500 new Zebra PDAs, and is one of the largest mobile managed services (MMS) contracts signed in the UK. TNT uses the devices throughout the business, automating consignment tracking and providing electronic proof of delivery through capturing customers’ signatures on receipt. The accurate, real-time data provides full visibility of consignments as they enter and leave TNT’s extensive delivery network of 55 depots.
