Visitors to the TydenBrooks stand (A114) at this year’s SIL 2015 exhibition will for the first time be able to experience the complete A to Z of innovative and traditional mechanical, self-adhesive and electronic security sealing products from the world’s oldest and largest security seal manufacturer.
Leading the way since 1873, TydenBrooks’ specialist security solutions today extend to meet even the most diverse requirements of modern, global logistics security, with high quality, dependable and cost effective seals to suit all levels of security and tamper evidence.
Designed especially with the challenges of today’s Supply Chain in mind, and focusing on the ability to automatically: Track; Monitor; Recover; Investigate, Prevent and Secure, TydenBrooks’ next generation of Electronic Security Seal Technologies offers superior levels of cargo monitoring, safety and management to protect throughout the process – regardless of size, location, or complexity.
Featuring at SIL will be the award winning Krateus, the most sophisticated and flexible tracking, security and condition monitoring device for cargo-in-transit. With the dual role of saving money as well as protecting goods, the Krateus electronic bolt seal is ISO compliant and enables asset positioning through GSM cell, ZigBee, and assisted GPS.
Accompanying the Krateus will be the patented Zigbee Hyperion and the Gen II (RFID) Hyperion E-Seal. The Krateus and the Zigbee Hyperion E-Seal are a cost effective reusable electronic sealing solution, which ultimately communicates with a GPS Tracker enabling real-time monitoring. The Gen II (RFID) Hyperion E-Seal is point-to-point indicative seal which stores all open/closed tampering events. Emitting a constant green flashing light if tag/package is secure, turning to red if seal/package has been compromised, the seal is read by a desktop reader at the end of its shipment where all events are clearly displayed.
So, for logistics businesses wanting a positive commercial return from real-time business intelligence; Supply Chain control; protection of high-value cargo and cutting-edge data management with audit trails, not simply seals and tracking….TydenBrooks Electronic Security Seals have the answer.
Almost one of Europe’s best kept secrets, the TydenBrooks story and, more importantly, that of its large and satisfied logistics customer base world-wide, is certainly one worth sharing, believes Dennis Vitalis, Sales Director, EMEA. He explains: “The TydenBrooks 140+ years success story is one we are very proud of, especially our reputation as experts in providing the most appropriate solutions, which is at the heart of everything we do for our customers. A vital ingredient in our joint success continues to be innovation, and we are delighted to be able to showcase our latest electronic sealing technologies at SIL 2015. In addition, we can communicate directly to our customers the recently announced details of our major new investment in manufacturing at the Group’s European logistics centre in the UK which, following increasing demand for our products throughout EMEA, brings direct supply chain benefits including reduced lead times as well as cost efficiencies”.
