Toyota Material Handling UK receive official membership of CILT

Toyota Material Handling UK representatives, Operations Director Tony Wallis
and Commercial Director Sam Coles joined CILT President Peter Hendy for the
formal presentation of the company’s membership plaque which took place on
Thursday 6 October 2011.

During the presentation, at the Best Western Rockingham Forest Hotel Peter
Hendy outlined the main aims of the CILT and the importance of its
partnerships with members and the platform it supplies them with to share
information.

Like CILT, Toyota is dedicated to improvement and developing excellence both
internally and within the industry, working to support training and
presenting guides of best practice to encourage safer working environments.

Sam Coles commented: "We were proud to be invited to an official
presentation of our membership plaque. At Toyota we are dedicated to
developing and sharing best practice in the industry especially when it
comes to training and safety in the workplace. To be associated with the
CILT is an honour and in complete alignment with our aims as a company."

He added: "We look forward to sharing our knowledge with the other members
of the CILT and working together to achieve excellence in the industry."
