Visitors to this year's Commercial Vehicle (CV) Show - NEC, Birmingham 24 to 26 April - will be able to see a working demonstration of the UK's No1 best selling fuel anti-siphon unit and a number of other proven vehicle security devices on the TruckProtect stand (3539).
The company's InstantFit NECK-IT is also for the first time being featured on a number of other stands at the show, a real coup for TruckProtect and further evidence of the important part the device now plays in stopping fuel theft from commercial vehicles - over 10,000 units were sold last year.
DAF-TRP, for example, will display a high-profile working display of the InstantFit NECK-IT on its stand 5150, whilst MAN-ERF has five trucks on its stand (3051) fitted with the device and Isuzu will feature six trucks on stand 5541 that have been fitted with the InstantFit NECK-IT.
TruckProtect Ltd, the only European-based company dedicated to producing fuel theft deterrent devices for commercial vehicles, is also taking the opportunity to roll-out two more of its new vehicle security products on stand 3539 at the CV Show: SenderStop and Wheel Stop-IT.
The SenderStop prevents a fuel tank's sender unit from being siphoned, and when fitted in conjunction with an InstantFit NECK-IT unit to the tank neck provides transport operators with a first complete solution to fuel theft from their vehicles.
Wheel Stop-IT is a totally secure solution that prevents a vehicle's wheel being stolen or swapped by anything other than the fastener socket that contains the matching customer unique encryption code.
"This is the second time we have exhibited at the CV Show and the growth of the company during this time has been phenomenal," says Russell Fowler, CEO TruckProtect.
"It is no accident that many of those visiting our stand last year quickly became new customers and we expect a similar reaction from visitors this year. Once they see the NECK-IT unit in action and realise its flexibility, they quickly begin to appreciate its potential to stop fuel theft from their vehicles.
"Spurred on by the success of this device and reacting to feedback from customers, we've also developed some new products that further boost vehicle security. These are at the CV Show for the first time this year and we expect a similar positive reaction.
"And if more proof were needed that the transport industry likes what we do, it's fantastic that several of the country's top truck manufacturers have agreed to feature their own trucks fitted with our products on their stands this year.
"The great thing about our range of products is that they combine to offer operators a complete solution to vehicle security from a single source, no matter what make or model of vehicle they operate.
"We are looking forward to welcoming them on to our stand at the NEC later this month," he adds.
