Wallenius Wilhelmsen logistics sponsors G060 global Land Rover expedition

Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics is sponsoring in a trans-global expedition from London to Singapore by members of the Land Rover Club to celebrate Land Rover's 60th Anniversary.

Called 'GO60 Sharing Our World', the 17,000 mile journey, 60 day journey sets
out in May to recreate an overland marathon competed in 1956 by Land Rover
enthusiasts and to connect entrants to a global children's art competition which
underpins the event. The expedition aims to raise £250,000 to help the global
work of the British Red Cross. The expedition will offset its carbon emissions.

The Land Rover vehicles will be shipped home on one of Wallenius Wilhelmsen
Logistics' eco-friendly vessels to arrive in Southampton, England from Singapore in time for the GO60 celebrations in the United Kingdom in September 2008.
