Although the two organisations have prior experience of working together on various warehouse automation projects (including the recent Colmworth Electronics project win) the formal appointment is particularly gratifying for Belgravium as Central One has recently completed a detailed formal evaluation of most of the key radio frequency vendors. The Gold Partner Status is set to formalise the relationship between Central One and Belgravium, and will involve a number of cooperative sales & marketing initiatives to promote their joint solution.
Central One offers its customers a complete real – time solution where required, utilising the hardware range available from Belgravium to streamline operations within manufacturing and warehousing environments. These paperless systems deliver proven accuracy gains and tangible operational improvement.
Of the upgraded relationship status, John Bolton, Managing Director of Central One, said: "By standardizing and automating business processes in manufacturing and supply chain execution, logistical processes become more reliable and efficient. This in return helps companies to cut costs and remain competitive. Adding Belgravium Wi-Fi based mobile computing to the system provides for real-time data capture and thus provides the ultimate optimisation of our suite of software. The reliability of the Belgravium mobile computing range is well-proven in the market over three decades and I have no hesitation in recommending it to existing and prospective clients. Those customer sites where we have specified Belgravium hardware have performed exceptionally well and we were delighted to formalise our relationship."
Mike Turner, Group Marketing Manager for Belgravium added: "We are delighted with the progression of our relationship with Central One. Their wealth of experience, professionalism and the broad functionality of their software complement the Belgravium product range perfectly. Together, we are able to offer a truly first-class solution that provides real benefits to all our customers."
