Now, all customers using Vocollect voice terminals or headsets, as part of a solution, can have repairs swiftly completed within Zetes' newly refurbished Ascot service centre by manufacturer trained and certified Zetes service engineers, using original Vocollect parts.
Zetes offers a wide range of support options for customers using Vocollect hardware including a Fast Track and Emergency Exchange service which offer next day and advance swap outs to eliminate downtime with the use of buffer (or substitution) hardware – all delivered fully configured by technical specialists. Within the Zetes Service centre the full range of Vocollect spare parts are continuously stocked to enable staff to carry out immediate repairs.

During their Certification process, members of Zetes UK Technical Support and Repair Centre underwent intensive training and are currently one of only a small number of Vocollect Authorised Repair Centres in the UK.
