Wright Engineering (part of the Wright Group of Companies) announced today that they are to acquire the Locker Electro Magnetic Vibratory (SFH) Feeder business from Rotex Europe on 16th October 2015.
Wright Engineering have operated for over 25 years in the Quarry, Building Materials, Power and Recycling Sectors, providing material handling equipment, screens and feeders.
Mark Orton (MD Wright Demolition) explains that manufacturing, assembly and ongoing support (including spares supply) of the Locker Feeder range will be located at the company’s new UK factory, utilising existing tooling with machines and parts made to the same exacting proven designs.
Stewart Wright (CEO The Wright Group) is excited about the acquisition, explaining that it represents a significant investment by Wright Engineering, and is an important step in expanding the company’s capabilities in providing total turnkey solutions to client’s material handling requirements.
After the transaction closes Rotex Europe will support The Wright Group through integration to facilitate a smooth transition.
